Par manque de temps elle fut remis\u00e9e \u00e0 la cave. 3 ans plus tard elle est donn\u00e9e en p\u00e2ture \u00e0 nos techniciens.<\/p>\n<p>Alain ouvre la machine et les premiers sch\u00e9mas de principe de fonctionnement se dessinent :<br \/>\nUne r\u00e9serve d&rsquo;eau, une pompe haute pression (19 bars),<br \/>\nun corps de chauffe,<br \/>\nun porte filtre.<br \/>\nUn fusible thermique est pr\u00e9sent sur le corps de chauffe pour \u00e9viter une surchauffe.<br \/>\nLe circuit eau dispose d&rsquo;une d\u00e9charge de pression.<\/p>\n<p>Dans un premier temps il est d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de suivre la piste du circuit colmat\u00e9 par le calcaire (indice donn\u00e9 par la s\u00e9rie de bips). L\u2019\u00e9coulement n&rsquo;est pas tr\u00e8s facile. Chaque tuyau est d\u00e9mont\u00e9, chaque circuit test\u00e9.<br \/>\nLe corps de chauffe est nettoy\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;acide et au Dremel. Vu les bulles form\u00e9es, ce n&rsquo;est pas inutile, mais insuffisant. L&rsquo;erreur persiste.<\/p>\n<p>Dans un second temps, il est d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de tester la pompe qui d\u00e9biterait peut \u00eatre moins que pr\u00e9vu, d&rsquo;autant qu&rsquo;il existe un protocole pour l&rsquo;amorcer. Une alimentation en direct est r\u00e9alis\u00e9e, le d\u00e9bit en sortie est quasiment nul. La pompe existe en pi\u00e8ces d\u00e9tach\u00e9e, elle est command\u00e9e et re\u00e7ue rapidement.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-249317 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/fablab-montagny-pres-louhans.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/IMG_2572-scaled-e1742144220914.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"800\" height=\"600\" \/><\/p>\n<p>La pompe est remplac\u00e9e, le d\u00e9bit est bien am\u00e9lior\u00e9, mais le message sonore d&rsquo;erreur persiste.<\/p>\n<p>Troisi\u00e8me piste : le d\u00e9bitm\u00e8tre<br \/>\nLe d\u00e9bit d&rsquo;eau est correct, mais la machine se met en erreur. Dans les signe vitaux \u00e0 contr\u00f4ler, Il n&rsquo;y a pas de capteur de temp\u00e9rature, il doit y avoir un capteur de d\u00e9bit. Celui-ci se cache dans le fond de la machine. Le d\u00e9bitm\u00e8tre est d\u00e9mont\u00e9 et test\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;oscilloscope (merci Claude). Le signal \u00e9mit est illisible (le d\u00e9bitm\u00e8tre est compos\u00e9 d&rsquo;une ailette \u00e9quip\u00e9e d&rsquo;un aimant qui passe r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement devant un capteur. A chaque passage, le d\u00e9bitm\u00e8tre devrait envoyer une impulsion propre).<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-249319 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/fablab-montagny-pres-louhans.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/IMG_2574-scaled-e1742144330609.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"800\" height=\"600\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Le d\u00e9bitm\u00e8tre est d\u00e9mont\u00e9, l&rsquo;aimant est en sale \u00e9tat, tout corrod\u00e9. Il est nettoy\u00e9 mais d\u00e9finitivement hors service. Les services de pi\u00e8ces d\u00e9tach\u00e9es affichent tous une fin de disponibilit\u00e9.<br \/>\nLa r\u00e9ponse se trouve peut \u00eatre du c\u00f4t\u00e9 d&rsquo;aliexpress ?<br \/>\nA d\u00e9faut de trouver le bon mod\u00e8le, un mod\u00e8le approchant physiquement pourrait faire l&rsquo;affaire.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-249325\" src=\"https:\/\/fablab-montagny-pres-louhans.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/debitmetre01.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"437\" height=\"281\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Le premier d\u00e9bitm\u00e8tre re\u00e7u est adapt\u00e9. Le message d&rsquo;erreur \u00e0 disparu. Il reste des fuites au niveau du porte filtre, mais \u00e7a fonctionne grossi\u00e8rement.<br \/>\nDes tests plus pouss\u00e9s sont mis en place afin de d\u00e9tecter des erreurs.<br \/>\nLa fuite semble simple \u00e0 corriger, puisque nous disposons d&rsquo;un joint adapt\u00e9 neuf. La fuite persiste, 19 bars de pression, le moindre d\u00e9faut ne pardonne pas. le si\u00e8ge du joint est corrod\u00e9, ce qui provoque des d\u00e9fauts de plan\u00e9it\u00e9. Un petit tour de Dremel, histoire de rendre tout \u00e7a lisse et c&rsquo;est reparti. La fuite est stopp\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>La r\u00e9serve d&rsquo;eau est vid\u00e9e et &#8230; retour au message d&rsquo;erreur !!!<\/p>\n<p>La pompe ne s&rsquo;amorce plus.<\/p>\n<p>Il est vrai que si le nouveau d\u00e9bitm\u00e8tre fonctionne bien, ses sorties en opposition et l&#8217;emplacement des tuyaux ne favorisent pas un amor\u00e7age naturel.
